I get AI from pilot to practice, and I help build the tools that get it there.
8+ years in B2B marketing strategy. Today I lead AI adoption across a 2,000-person marketing function, from roadmap to rollout to results.
- 2,000+
- marketers in the AI program I lead
- 100%
- onboarded to the enterprise AI platform

- AI agents in production, built with engineering
How I work: set the direction, build the tools, drive the change.
Where AI reshapes the marketing function.
I find the places where AI changes how marketing works, and I build the business case to act on them.
Prototyping myself, partnering with engineering to scale.
I prototype tools and agents myself, then work with product and engineering teams to take the right ones to production.
Driving the change so adoption actually sticks.
Training, champion networks, governance, and measurement, so people actually use the tools and keep using them.
Selected work
Building the case for an AI-first website
The funnel didn't shrink. It split. Buyers now start their research with AI, and most brands aren't in the answer. I'm leading the strategy, the generative engine optimization (GEO) pilot, and the personalization design to change that.

I designed the program, built the scoring app on a platform still in beta, and gave Claude an equal vote alongside 11 human judges.

One place to get oriented, build skills, and find what colleagues have already built, including a filterable library of real AI work. I designed it, built it, and run it.
